Is the installation really free?+
For qualifying locations, yes. Daily Break can provide the equipment, installation, setup and ongoing service without requiring the location to purchase the machine. Each location is reviewed individually before approval.
What makes a location qualify for free installation?+
We look at the overall potential of the location rather than one single number. Factors may include daily traffic, the number of employees or visitors, operating hours, how long people stay on site, access to other food and beverage options, expected demand, available space and service logistics.
Is there a minimum number of employees or visitors required?+
There is no single number that guarantees approval. Higher and more consistent daily traffic generally creates a stronger opportunity. We review each location individually to determine whether the expected demand can support the equipment and ongoing service.
Is installation guaranteed after I submit the form?+
No. Submitting a request starts the location review. We evaluate the location, traffic, demand, available space, service requirements and appropriate equipment before confirming an installation.
What information should I submit?+
Provide as much information as possible about your location, including the type of business, approximate number of employees or daily visitors, operating hours, location address and the vending service you are interested in. Photos of the proposed installation area can also help us evaluate the opportunity.
What happens after I request an installation?+
Daily Break reviews the information you provide and determines whether the location appears to be a good fit. If it qualifies for further review, we contact you to discuss the location, equipment options, placement and next steps.
Can I contact you if I am not sure which machine we need?+
Absolutely. You do not need to know which vending machine is right for your location. Tell us about the property, the people using it, approximate traffic and what you would like to offer. We can recommend an appropriate vending solution.
What types of locations work best?+
Locations with consistent daily traffic and limited convenient food or beverage options tend to perform best. Examples include manufacturing facilities, warehouses, distribution centers, offices, medical facilities, sports complexes, automotive businesses, entertainment venues, residential or mixed-use properties and other busy locations where people spend significant time.
Do you only install coffee machines and smart coolers?+
No. Coffee vending machines and smart coolers are our most common solutions, but we can also evaluate other vending concepts based on your location and customer demand. This can include ice cream, frozen products, snacks, cold beverages or another vending concept.
What products can you offer?+
Options can include coffee and specialty beverages, iced drinks, snacks, candy, bottled and canned beverages, healthier products, protein products, frozen items, ice cream and other products suited to the audience at the location.
Can we request specific products?+
Yes. We can discuss your preferences and the needs of your employees, customers, residents, members or visitors. Final product selection also takes actual sales performance into account so the assortment can be adjusted over time.
Can you provide healthier products?+
Yes. Product assortment can be adapted to the location and may include healthier snacks, beverages, protein products, lower-sugar options and other appropriate products.
Can you provide a custom vending solution for our location?+
Yes. If one of our standard vending solutions is not the right fit, tell us what you need. We can evaluate the location, expected demand, available space and desired products to determine whether a different vending concept would make sense.
Can you install an ice cream or frozen vending machine?+
Potentially, yes. Frozen and ice cream vending may be available as a custom project depending on the location, expected sales volume, equipment requirements and service logistics. Submit your location information and describe what you are looking for.
Can we have more than one machine?+
Yes. Larger locations may support multiple machines or a combination of vending concepts. For example, a location may benefit from coffee service together with snacks and cold beverages. We determine the appropriate setup after reviewing expected demand and available space.
Can we choose between coffee vending and a smart cooler?+
Yes. We evaluate what customers at your location are most likely to use. Some locations perform better with premium coffee and specialty beverages, while others benefit more from grab-and-go snacks and drinks. Larger locations may support both.
Can the machine be branded for our company or location?+
Branding and customization possibilities depend on the equipment and project. If custom branding is important to you, mention it when submitting your request so we can evaluate the options before installation.
What does the location need to provide?+
Requirements depend on the equipment, but generally we need an appropriate indoor placement, access to the necessary electrical connection and reasonable access for installation and future service. Before installation, we confirm the exact requirements for the selected equipment.
Does the coffee machine require plumbing?+
Our current coffee vending configurations can operate without a permanent water connection, depending on the selected setup. We confirm the final installation requirements before equipment is placed.
Do we need Wi-Fi?+
Connectivity requirements vary by equipment. Some systems can use Wi-Fi, Ethernet or cellular connectivity. We determine the most practical option for your location during setup.
Do customers need cash?+
Our modern vending solutions can support cashless payments such as credit and debit cards and compatible mobile payment methods, depending on the equipment and payment terminal installed.
How much space does the machine require?+
That depends on the selected vending solution. After reviewing your request, we can provide the dimensions and installation requirements for the equipment being considered. Photos of the proposed placement area are often helpful during the review.
How long does installation take?+
Timing depends on equipment availability, location approval, site requirements and scheduling. Once your location is approved and the appropriate equipment is selected, Daily Break coordinates the installation process with you.
Can the machine operate during nights and weekends?+
Yes, depending on the location and its access policies. Vending can be particularly useful at facilities with extended hours, multiple shifts, overnight employees or limited food options outside normal business hours.
Who owns the machine?+
Under a Daily Break managed installation, Daily Break owns and operates the equipment unless another arrangement is specifically agreed upon.
Who restocks the machine?+
Daily Break handles ongoing restocking and product management for machines that we operate. We monitor demand and adjust the product selection based on what actually sells at the location.
Who cleans and maintains the equipment?+
Daily Break handles routine service, cleaning, maintenance and necessary repairs for equipment operated under our managed installation program. The host location does not need to manage the machine as another piece of equipment for its staff.
What happens if the machine stops working?+
Contact Daily Break and we will troubleshoot the issue and arrange service when necessary. Our goal is to keep the equipment operating reliably with as little involvement from the host location as possible.
Can the machine be monitored remotely?+
Many of our vending solutions support remote monitoring. Depending on the equipment, we can monitor sales, inventory, machine status and other operating information. This helps us service and restock the location more efficiently.
What does our staff have to do after installation?+
Very little. Under our managed service model, Daily Break handles the day-to-day vending operation. If you notice an issue or have a request, you contact us and we handle it.
Can the product selection change after installation?+
Yes. Actual sales tell us what customers at your location prefer. Products that perform well can be restocked more heavily, while slower products can be replaced with alternatives.
Can our business earn additional income from the vending machine?+
Potentially, yes. Some qualifying locations may be eligible for an agreed share of vending sales. The amount depends on the location, sales volume, equipment type and the terms agreed for that specific installation.
How much additional income can our location make?+
There is no fixed or guaranteed amount because every location performs differently. Revenue depends on daily traffic, customer demand, product mix, pricing, operating hours and actual sales. If revenue sharing applies to your location, the terms are discussed before installation.
Do we have to buy the vending machine?+
Not under our managed installation program for qualifying locations. Daily Break retains and operates the equipment while the host location provides an approved placement and access to the required utilities. Equipment purchases can be discussed separately.
Why choose Daily Break instead of simply buying a vending machine?+
A machine by itself is only one part of a successful vending program. For qualifying managed locations, Daily Break handles equipment selection, installation, setup, product planning, restocking, monitoring, cleaning, maintenance, repairs and ongoing support.
Is there a cost to employees or customers?+
There is no installation charge to qualifying host locations under the managed program. Customers simply purchase the products they choose from the machine.
Can our company subsidize products for employees?+
This can potentially be discussed as a custom arrangement. If your company wants to contribute toward employee refreshments or create a specific workplace benefit, tell us what you would like to accomplish and we can evaluate available options.
What happens if sales are lower than expected?+
We monitor the performance of the location and can adjust product selection or other aspects of the setup when appropriate. Because every location is different, continued equipment placement ultimately needs to make operational sense for both the host location and Daily Break.
Do you install throughout New Jersey?+
New Jersey is our primary service area. We evaluate locations throughout the state based on demand, distance, service logistics and the overall potential of the site.
Do you install outside New Jersey?+
Daily Break primarily serves locations throughout New Jersey. Select exceptionally high-volume locations just outside New Jersey may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Can you install machines for employees only?+
Yes. A vending solution can be designed for employees, customers, visitors, members, residents or a combination of audiences depending on the location.
